If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shirt, we are happy to offer a return in accordance with the following guidelines:
Return Period: You have up to 14 days after receiving your poster to request a return.
Condition of the Shirt: The shirt must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Please ensure it is properly packaged and protected for return shipping to avoid any damage during transit.
Return Process: To request a return, please contact our customer service at contact@iconicspace.de. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with a return shipping label.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned shirt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been received.
